How it works
Water supply in schools, dormitories, clinics and hospitals requires order, hygiene and continuity. We plan 19 L bottles, PET bottles, dispensers and purification solutions together according to your institution's buildings and floors, users and existing infrastructure. Deliveries are made at times that don't disrupt the institution's routine and through the agreed entrance.
Hygiene first
In environments with many users, dispenser and tap hygiene is especially important. Periodic cleaning and disinfection visits are scheduled for rental dispensers; visit dates are recorded and shared with your institution on request. - Request and meeting: The institution's structure, number of users and delivery points are identified.
- Site visit: If needed, a survey is carried out for dispenser and purification placement.
- Quote: The product mix, delivery schedule and corporate invoicing terms are presented. Documents required for public procurement processes are prepared on request.
- Installation and delivery: Devices are installed and the first delivery is made.
- Ongoing service: Deliveries and hygiene visits continue on schedule; the plan is updated around term ends and holidays.
Fitting the academic calendar
Consumption in schools varies through the year: exam weeks, summer schools and holidays need different plans. We align the delivery schedule with your academic calendar to avoid unnecessary stock during holidays.

Our delivery staff follow the entrance and security rules set by the institution. The delivery point, responsible person and contact details are recorded at contract stage, so every delivery follows the same routine.
