These terms of use set out the rules for using the website operated by Girne Su Dağıtım ve Ticaret Ltd. ("Girne Su"). By using the site you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Nature of the service
Our website provides information about our products, delivery areas, water quality reports and business solutions, and lets you submit order requests, scheduled delivery subscriptions, quote, dealership and job applications. No online payment is made on the site. Orders and subscriptions become final after our customer representative confirms them by phone. Prices and product information
Prices on the site are in Turkish Lira and may change without prior notice. Product images are illustrative; packaging design, labels and colours may differ between production batches. Water analysis values reflect the measurements on the sampling date of the relevant report; the mineral values of natural spring water may vary slightly over time. In the case of obvious typing or pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct them, informing you during confirmation.
User obligations
When using the site you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information that belongs to you in forms,
- Not place orders or applications on behalf of others without permission,
- Not attempt to harm the site, servers or other users, overload the site or bypass security measures,
- Not scrape data with automated tools or use forms for spam,
- Not submit any content that breaches applicable law.
If use contrary to these rules is detected, we reserve the right to reject related requests and restrict access.

The "Girne Su" name, logo, site design, texts, illustrations and other content belong to Girne Su or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Sharing for personal, non-commercial purposes is allowed if the source is credited and the content is not altered.

Limitation of liability
