General
Where does Girne Su come from?
Our water comes from a spring in the Kyrenia (Beşparmak) Mountains. Naturally filtered through limestone, it passes filtration and UV disinfection at our plant and is bottled untouched by hand. Current lab values are published on the Water Quality page.
Which areas do you serve?
We deliver across Kyrenia and its villages as well as Nicosia, Famagusta, İskele/Long Beach and Güzelyurt. Delivery days, time slots and fees for each area are listed on the Delivery Areas page.
How can I reach customer service?
You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form, Monday–Saturday 08:00–19:00 and Sunday 09:00–14:00.
Orders & payment
Can I pay online on the website?
No. An order on the website is a request; our team calls you to confirm the delivery time. You can pay cash or card on delivery, by bank transfer, or on account with an invoice for businesses.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum in central Kyrenia and nearby villages. Distant areas such as Famagusta, İskele and Güzelyurt have a minimum order shown on their area page.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link you receive after ordering, or enter your order number and phone number on the Track Order page.
Delivery
Do you deliver on the same day?
In central Kyrenia and nearby villages, orders placed before 15:00 are delivered the same day. Elsewhere, deliveries are scheduled on the area’s delivery days.
Do you carry jugs upstairs?
Yes, our drivers bring jugs to your door. For high floors without a lift, please add the floor number to your order note.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free in central Kyrenia and nearby villages. Distant areas have a delivery fee that is waived above a set basket value; amounts are shown on each area page.
Subscriptions
How does a delivery subscription work?
Choose products, quantities and frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly); we confirm your subscription and deliveries are scheduled automatically. Subscribers get priority delivery and a fixed-price guarantee.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause during holidays or cancel at any time free of charge — just let us know at least one day before the next delivery.
How does the deposit work with a subscription?
A deposit per jug applies on the first delivery; on each later delivery we collect your empties and no further deposit is charged.
Water quality
Where can I see your lab reports?
Our current and past lab reports are listed parameter by parameter on the Water Quality page, where the report PDFs can also be downloaded.
How are the jugs cleaned?
Every returned jug is visually inspected; suitable ones are pre-washed, washed, sanitised and rinsed on an automated line before filling. Damaged or unsuitable jugs are removed and sent for recycling.
What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
The best-before date is printed on the pack. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong-smelling substances such as detergents or fuel. Opened jugs are best consumed within a few days.
Business solutions
Can we work on invoice for our office?
Yes. We offer business customers an account, monthly invoicing and a scheduled delivery plan. Simply fill in the quote form.
Do you offer dispenser rental and servicing?
Yes. We rent dispensers to offices, schools and businesses, with periodic hygiene servicing and replacement in case of faults.
What do you offer hotels and restaurants?
Glass bottles for table service, small bottles for rooms, jugs and purification for kitchens — with scheduled delivery and empty packaging collection.
Dealership
What do I need to become a Girne Su dealer?
A suitable storage or retail space in your area, preferably a delivery vehicle, and a service mindset. Fill in the dealership form and our team will contact you.
What support do dealers receive?
We support dealers with regional order routing, marketing materials, product training and hygiene/delivery standards. Terms are agreed per region.
