Information we collect
We only ask for what we need to provide the service. When you order, your name, phone number, delivery address and area are required; your email address is optional. Corporate customers may provide a company name and tax number for invoicing. No online payments are taken on our website, so payment details such as card numbers or banking passwords are neither collected nor stored on the site. Card payments on delivery are processed on our delivery staff's mobile POS terminal through the relevant bank's infrastructure.

A random, hard-to-guess access key is generated for every order and subscription. Your personal details are shown masked on the tracking page. We recommend sharing this link only with people you trust.
Security
Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the admin panel is limited to authorised staff, sessions expire and actions are logged. Forms are protected by rate limiting and anti-spam measures. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Sharing
Your information is shared, only as far as necessary, with our delivery staff and authorised dealers who carry out the delivery, our accounting service providers, hosting and email infrastructure providers and, where legally required, competent authorities. We do not sell your information for advertising.
Newsletter and communication preferences
You subscribe to our newsletter only at your own request and after confirming by email (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of every newsletter or by writing to info@girnesu.com.tr. Service messages such as order confirmations are not considered marketing.
