How it works

We look at your headcount, floor and kitchen layout and current consumption together. Based on this, a fixed weekly or fortnightly delivery day is set; 19 L bottles, PET bottles and, if needed, glass bottles are delivered on the same route. Your empties are collected at every delivery and deposits are tracked on your corporate account.

Consumption changes with the seasons: in Kyrenia, water demand rises noticeably in summer. We update your delivery plan by season so that you neither run out nor end up storing unnecessary bottles.

Process

1. Quote request: Fill in the quote form or give us a call.
2. Needs analysis: Your account manager estimates the monthly number of bottles based on headcount and usage habits.
3. Quote and agreement: Products, delivery frequency, payment method (account/invoice) and any dispenser needs are agreed.
4. Initial setup: If a dispenser or pump is needed, it is installed with the first delivery and use and hygiene are briefly explained.
5. Scheduled delivery: Deliveries arrive on the agreed day and time slot; our phone and WhatsApp lines are open for urgent extra orders.
6. Monthly reporting: A delivery summary for the period is shared together with the invoice.

Running out of water at the office is a small but annoying disruption. Planned delivery removes the weekly ordering burden from your purchasing team, makes the budget predictable and gives you a single point of contact.

What can be included?

Your plan can include 19 L bottles, 0.33 L and 0.5 L PET bottles, glass bottles for meeting rooms, paper cups, pumps and bottle stands. Everything is combined into a single order, so you don't have to deal with several suppliers.

FAQ

Is there a minimum quantity? It depends on your delivery area and is stated clearly in the quote.

Can we be invoiced in our company name? Yes. Corporate customers are invoiced with their company name and tax number and can work on account.

Can we change the plan? You can update delivery frequency and quantities during the period with your account manager.
