How it works
Weddings, festivals, concerts, sports events, trade fairs or corporate meetings — at events, water demand appears suddenly and in large quantities. We calculate the need together based on attendance, duration, season and venue, and deliver products by the case or by the pallet to the venue at the agreed time.
Getting the quantity right
At outdoor events, especially during North Cyprus's hot summer months, water consumption per person rises noticeably compared to indoor venues. Planning takes into account the length of the event, shade and the level of physical activity. The water calculator on our website can be used for a first estimate; the final plan is made at the quote stage.

Process
- Event details: Share the date, time, venue, attendance and type of event.
- Needs plan: The product mix (0.33 L / 0.5 L PET, glass bottles, 19 L bottles and dispensers) and quantities are set.
- Quote and approval: Delivery time, unloading point and payment terms are agreed.
- Delivery: Products are left at the venue by the case or pallet; dispensers are installed if needed.
- Collection: After the event, empty bottles, crates and rental equipment are collected. On request, collection bins are left for empty PET bottles so they can be sent for recycling.
Sustainable events
For organisers who want to reduce single-use packaging waste, we suggest a dispenser and paper cup combination or the glass bottle option. Collecting empty packaging separately also helps leave the venue clean.
On-site logistics
Before delivery, vehicle access, the unloading point and a shaded storage area are agreed together. In hot weather, keeping water out of direct sunlight is important for product quality.
FAQ
How far in advance should we book? For large events we recommend letting us know as early as possible; the calendar fills up quickly in summer.
Can we return leftover products? Return terms for unopened cases are agreed at the quote stage.
Do you deliver at weekends? Event deliveries can be scheduled at weekends.

Yes. We rent dispensers to offices, schools and businesses, with periodic hygiene servicing and replacement in case of faults.
