Responsibilities
- Sampling production batches; routine measurements such as pH, conductivity and turbidity
- Recording critical control points on the washing/filling line
- Preparing samples for the accredited laboratory
- Keeping ISO 22000 and HACCP documentation up to date
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry or biology
- Laboratory experience is a plus
- Careful and meticulous with records
- Able to work shifts
