Responsibilities
- Handling and confirming orders by phone, WhatsApp and the website
- Creating and updating subscription plans
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up customer requests
- Routing business quote requests to the sales team
Requirements
- Good Turkish and English
- Comfortable with computers and office software
- Call centre or customer service experience preferred
- Calm, solution-oriented and organised
